This error is most likely due to ACI Report appearing open on another monitor. Follow the instructions below to recover the program.
- Locate the ACI Report icon on your Window’s taskbar.
- Hover your mouse over the icon and the preview window that appears.
- Right-click to get the screen menu options, and then left-click on Maximize.
Alternatively, single-left click on the ACI Report icon on the taskbar then press ALT-Spacebar to bring up the screen options menu for ACI Report.
