Getting an message “Apex 7 not licensed or not registered”. In addition to normal Web Updates, you may be required to run a Special Update.
- In ACI Report (or Report Pro), close out of the report and go to Help > ACI WebUpdates or close ACI Report (or Report Pro) and click on the Web Update icon on your desktop.
- In the Special Update ID field, type APEX7 and click Go.
- It will install 2 updates. Once complete, exit the web updater.
- Please reopen ACI Report and launch Apex v7 to ensure the message is gone.
