This error will cause ACI Sky Maps to appear as a black or white screen or will not allow you to accept a location map. Please follow the steps outlined below to correct:
- Close all ACI applications.
- Right-click on the ACI Report shortcut on your Desktop and go to Properties.
(If you don’t have a shortcut for ACI Report on your desktop, browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\ACI32\Applications\ and right-click on Report32.exe)
- Click the Compatibility tab and then click Change high DPI settings.
- Under High DPI scaling override, enable Override high DPI scaling behavior and set the dropdown to System, then click OK.
- Open your report and test Sky Maps again.
