Enabling Third-Party Cookies for ACI Sky Delivery

As part of the security enhancements deployed on December 2, 2021, users must allow third-party cookies when interacting with Sky Delivery through a vendor’s portal.

Note:  Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge will allow these cookies by default, and no change should be required. Appraisers delivering reports using Sky Delivery may receive an error message when trying to upload reports if their browser settings are customized to block third-party cookies, or if their browser is using “Incognito” or “InPrivate” modes.

Sky Delivery may display the following message in these situations: The user file may be corrupt or unsupported. Click Start Over to select a NEW file or different file format and try again. If you receive this message, ensure that your browser is set to allow third-party cookies or exit the “Incognito” or “InPrivate” mode and try your submission again.
