Issue: The file is stuck on the processing screen after selecting the process button or after selecting Process, you get to the Review screen that displays the errors found in the report.
Fix: If stuck on the Review screen, select the View Report button, check the appraiser acknowledgment box, and then select Deliver. If stuck on the processing screen for a long period, please contact enterprisesolutions@aciweb.com with the order number for assistance
Note: If there are errors that you feel should not be errors and do not have the appraiser acknowledgment box, select the Override button to request an override from the AMC to Deliver the report.
