Issue: The Land (ie Land2, Land 2015) form appears not to calculate your Sales Price adjustments properly.
Fix: In ACI Report go to Options > Report > [FORM_NAME] > Sales Comparison Analysis. You will want to change the Indicated value based on the Sales Price setting.
Additionally, when entering the site values, please include either SF or AC after the numeric value in the field. Not doing so can cause incorrect adjustments that appear in the millions.
