Every subscription comes with a complimentary digital signature. If you need a replacement or additional digital signatures, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your My Account page.
- Visit the Add-on Services page directly or navigate to Products and select Add-on Services.
- On the Company Add-ons section, choose a digital signature option:

- Standard Digital Signature
- Digital Signature with State Seal
- Once you have made your selection, proceed to the Cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
- Fill in your billing details and credit card information, then finalize your order by clicking Place Order.
- In the Order Details section, locate the Downloads area to find the Digital Signature Application.
- Print the application, sign it, and email the signed form to aciwebsales@aciweb.com.
Our team will contact you to verify your identity and finalize your digital signature request once we receive your application. Expect delivery of your digital signature within 1-2 business days via email.

Recover a backup file of one of your reports in two easy steps! Backup files are saved as .ABK files for ACI and .CBK files for CRAL.
- Open ACI/CRAL to verify the location of where your backup files are saved.
Go to Options > Environment > Backup Options. Under Backup reports to:, confirm the file path of your backup file location. (The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\ACI32 or CRAL32.)

- Once you know where the backup files are saved, in ACI/CRAL go to File > Open. Change the Look In: to your backup file location. Change the Files of Type: to Report Backup. Type in the file name or search for your backup file.

As part of the security enhancements deployed on December 2, 2021, users must allow third-party cookies when interacting with Sky Delivery through a vendor’s portal.
Note: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge will allow these cookies by default, and no change should be required. Appraisers delivering reports using Sky Delivery may receive an error message when trying to upload reports if their browser settings are customized to block third-party cookies, or if their browser is using “Incognito” or “InPrivate” modes.
Sky Delivery may display the following message in these situations: The user file may be corrupt or unsupported. Click Start Over to select a NEW file or different file format and try again. If you receive this message, ensure that your browser is set to allow third-party cookies or exit the “Incognito” or “InPrivate” mode and try your submission again.
To see the cookies settings in your browser, see the instructions below for Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox.
Google Chrome Instructions
- Access the Settings Menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen
- Click Privacy and Security and select “Cookies and other Site Settings”
- Cookies and other Site Settings Menu click Allow all Cookies option.
- (Optional) – There are two options.
- Click “Allowed” OR
- Scroll down to Customized behaviors and include the URL into “Sites that can always use cookies” for specific websites vs allowing all 3rd party cookies acceptance. The user can decide which is best.
Microsoft Edge Instructions
- Access the Settings Menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
- Click Cookies and site permissions to the left of the screen
- Within Cookies and data stored/ Cookies and Site Permissions ensure “Block third-party cookies” is off.
Firefox Instructions
- Access the Settings Menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen & access settings:
- Click Privacy & Security to the left of the screen
- Within Privacy & Security, the user can modify their settings from here.

- In ACI Report, go to Tools > Sign Report
- Select the your name from the dropdown list.
- Enter your signature password.
- Highlight the Sign As* option.
- Click Sign.
*Depending on the specific form the options are to sign as Appraiser, Supervisory Appraiser, or Reviewer.

To install your new ACI Report™ software, follow the steps below:
- The installation link will be provided via email. Please click the link to download.
- Go to your Downloads folder (File Explorer>Downloads).
- Double-click on the EXE file to launch the installation wizard.
- Click Next and Continue through the prompts to finish the setup.
Note: You may be prompted to install additional software requirements and reboot during installation. Please follow along with any on-screen prompts.
