Blurry Images in PDF/XML

  1. In ACI Report, go to Options > Environment > Printing.
    1. Under Printing:
      1. Check Use Fast Image Printing.
  2. Click the + icon next to Printing and select  ACI PDF.
    1. Under ACI PDF Options confirm that Output Resolution is set to 150.
    2. Under PDF Images Options:
      1. Check or confirm that Remove Duplicate Images is checked.
      2. Check or confirm that Downsample Images is checked.
      3. Check or confirm that Auto Image Compression is checked.
    3. Under JPEG Quality:
      1. Move the slider from Low to Medium (middle tick).
  3. Click OK to save changes.
  4. Test these changes by printing to PDF and checking the quality.

If the issue persists after applying these changes you’ll want to reinstall ACI’s PDF driver.

How to Unlock an Order in the eServices Inbox

If an order in your eServices Inbox has a lock next to it, you must unlock the order before making changes.

  1. Open the Inbox by going to eServices > Inbox.
  2. Hold the CTRL key on your keyboard and right-click on the locked order.
  3. Select Unlock in the menu.
  4. Click Yes to unlock the order.

Map Icons are grayed out on the Toolbar

These options can be found in our ACI Report Environment Options menu. Please follow the instructions below to configure these toolbar icons.

  1. In ACI Report, go to Options > Environment > Mapping
  2. Under Create Location Maps using: select Sky Maps from the dropdown.
  3. Under Create Flood Maps using: select Sky Flood from the dropdown.
  4. Click OK to save the changes.

 

Example:

Register Additional Product Code(s)

  1. Open ACI Report™ or Report Pro.
  2. Go to Help > Product Registration.
  3. Verify your Name, Company Name, and Email, and click Continue.
  4. Skip over the Company Password* field
  5. Enter the product serial numbers provided in the email with one code per box.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Click Exit on the Congratulations window.

*Please note this field. Sky Maps and Sky Flood will prompt for it the next time you attempt to use those services.

  2. After checkout, the Digital Signature application can be found on the Order Details screen, in the Downloads section of your My Account page, or by clicking here.
  3. Fill out the form and email it to support@aciweb.com to begin processing.

Signatures will be processed and emailed back 24-48 hours after payment has been received.
