If an order in your eServices Inbox has a lock next to it, you must unlock the order before making changes.
- Open the Inbox by going to eServices > Inbox.
- Hold the CTRL key on your keyboard and right-click on the locked order.
- Select Unlock in the menu.
- Click Yes to unlock the order.

These options can be found in our ACI Report Environment Options menu. Please follow the instructions below to configure these toolbar icons.
- In ACI Report, go to Options > Environment > Mapping
- Under Create Location Maps using: select Sky Maps from the dropdown.
- Under Create Flood Maps using: select Sky Flood from the dropdown.
- Click OK to save the changes.

- Open ACI Report™ or Report Pro.
- Go to Help > Product Registration.
- Verify your Name, Company Name, and Email, and click Continue.
- Skip over the Company Password* field
- Enter the product serial numbers provided in the email with one code per box.
- Click Continue.
- Click Exit on the Congratulations window.
*Please note this field. Sky Maps and Sky Flood will prompt for it the next time you attempt to use those services.

- After checkout, the Digital Signature application can be found on the Order Details screen, in the Downloads section of your My Account page, or by clicking here.
- Fill out the form and email it to support@aciweb.com to begin processing.
Signatures will be processed and emailed back 24-48 hours after payment has been received.

New Digital Signatures are delivered through email. Please follow these steps to install the signature to your computer.
- Open the email containing the digital signature signature.
- Download the attached signature file labeled with the name provided on the Digital Signature Application (ie Your_Name.sig).
- Select Open when prompted to Open or Save the file.
- The Signature Installer window opens confirming that the signature has been installed.
- The signature file is now available in the Report program.
Some email services remove extensions from file attachments. The .sig extension on an ACI digital signature associates that file with the Report program. Adding the .sig extension allows Report to recognize and use the signature file.
- Open the email containing the digital signature and download the attachment.
- Choose Save when prompted to Open or Save the file.
- When the Save As window opens, add “.sig” to the end of the filename and save the file to the Desktop.
- Double-click the digital signature file on the Desktop. The Signature Installer window opens confirming that the signature has been installed.
Manual Method: Save your signature file to the Downloads folder and move it directly to the Signatures folder via File Explorer. You can confirm this location by going to Options > Environment > File Locations in ACI Report.
