ACI Announces New Integration with PropMix

ACI is now integrated with Market Conditions Advisor (MCA), an innovative appraisal research platform from PropMix. This integration gives appraisers the ability to search, review, and import listing and public record data directly into ACI appraisal reports. Additionally, appraisers can import photos, local market trends, and comparable sales including UAD translation. This collaborative solution provides efficiency gains in creating appraisal reports and tools to support recent appraisal flexibilities that allow for remote inspections in connection with desktop and exterior-only appraisal assignments.
